Kingston Chamber Music Festival Concert
Featuring the Jasper String Quartet

Winners of Chamber Music America’s prestigious Cleveland Quartet Award, the Jasper Quartet was graduate quartet-in-residence at the Yale School of Music from 2008 to 2010 and is now the professional Quartet in Residence at Temple University in Philadelphia.  They will perform a program featuring Beethoven’s String Quartet in C minor, Op. 18; a quartet by Canadian composer Vivian Fung, and Schubert’s much-loved Quartet No. 14 in D minor, “Death and the Maiden.”
