This prayer spreads the light of truth to every corner of the world, requests that negative actions be ceased forever and acknowledges that true peace comes from inner peace. It is a prayer for the end of economic poverty and ignorance, so that the inner strength of all beings may be restored.

The monks are here with the blessing of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The purpose of the Gaden Shartse Dokhang Monastery tour is to share the culture of the monks, as well as practices and paths to inner peace and compassion. Funds* raised on this tour will be properly used to build a prayer hall and dormitories, as well as provide medical needs, accommodation and education facilities for the monks of Gaden Shartse Dokhang Monastery.
