About Manhattan Feature Film Project:
Every January, a panel of programmers and owners from some of the USA’s leading independent cinemas gather at the Art House Convergence conference in Utah to review, discuss and vote on a selection of feature films entered into the Annual Feature Film Project. After reviewing the films, we vote on which one will debut in cinemas across the USA during the first weekend in March.

The Mission:
The Feature Film Project’s aim is to help a film move from the film festival circuit into neighborhood cinemas with a nation-wide test screening of the film. Viewing audiences are polled as to whether the film is deserving of a wider release.

You Be the Judge!
Audiences across the USA are handed a voting card upon entry and asked the question, “Should this film be seen in cinemas across the USA?” The results are posted for each cinema at TheFeatureFilmProject.com
